With the implementation of the Mevlana Exchange Program by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), the Mevlana Institutional Coordination Office was established at our university and operates within the International Relations Office.
The Mevlana Institutional Coordination Office is responsible and authorized for facilitating student and academic staff exchange between our university and higher education institutions abroad; ensuring, maintaining, and managing communication during the exchange process; preparing exchange protocols; announcing Mevlana Exchange Program application calls to students and academic staff; managing application and selection processes; and carrying out all these activities in coordination with other units of our university and the Council of Higher Education.
